Good advice, but...

The National Motorists Association has a list of tips for avoiding speeding tickets.

You might notice that "don't speed" is not on the list.

Hey, they had a guy on Fox & Friends this morning....or yesterday morning who has written a book about how to get out of a ticket. One of the ways that just trashed me was to carry a water bottle in your car and dump it in your lap just before the cop gets to your car. It will look like you were speeding to get to a bathroom and oooops... you peed your pants. YUK. Just give me the ticket.

Anyway, funny that you posted this. I always make sure some car has passed me, and then I drive as fast as I can without passing him. Which is not to say I speed like a madwoman... :)
